On a warm October day, we met in Yerevan with the girls from Shushiki Band to record some of their arrangements of Armenian folk music. Enjoy! Named after the Komitas piano piece, “Dance of Shushiki,” Shushiki Band plays traditional Armenian folk songs, transporting the listener to a rich and colorful environment of dialect.
