Clips of killer Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg’s appearance at the January 27, 2020, Aberdeen City Council meeting. At the conclusion of his speech, in response to Commission Rux’s wish that he “Drive safe,“ Ravnsborg says, “One thing I’m good at, it’s driving.“ On September 12, 2020, around 10:24 p.m., Ravnsborg crashed into and killed Joseph Boever, who was walking on the edge of Highway 14 west of Highmore, South Dakota. Ravnsborg had been calling, texting, reading blogs, and viewing videos on his phone while driving that night. Ravnsborg claimed not to have seen Boever and or recognized that he had hit a man and not a deer, even though Boever’s head smashed through Ravnsborg’s windshield.
