Hurdle Training - Band exercises for trail and lead Legs

June 19, 2011 the day before my big Birthday Hurdle Session - 42s on 44th I pulled out the resistance band I home brewed to meet the needs of my creative thinking on how to strengthen those muscles used in hurdling. The short video is two of several supplementary exercises I do with a band/ tubing that’s got pretty good resistance when stretched to put in some work.
