Sous Vide Pickled Jalapeños

So you think cooking Sous Vide is just for chicken, steak, and fish?? Definitely not! So many things can be done using this cooking method. This video is the perfect example for creating something new and innovative using this cooking method. In only 30 minutes you can make amazing pickled jalapenos that rock! Try these on sandwiches, tacos, salads, and just about anytyhing to add a zing! Enjoy guys! Ingredients: 6 Jalapenos Sliced 1 White Onion Sliced 2 Cloves Garlic Sliced 1 Cup White Vinegar 3 Tbsp. Sugar 2 Tbsp. Salt Black Peppercorns Mustard Seeds Preparation: 1. Place all ingredients in a zip lock bag. 2. Using a Sous Vide cooker, heat the water to 180 Degrees. 3. Submerse the bag in the water to remove any air using the water submersion technique and cook for 30 minutes. 4. Place the bag in a ice bath for 5-10 minutes to chill.
