A new Offgrid session in Florida, at Cocoa Beach, with a fantastic view of the pier and the sea, a beautiful sunrise, the horizon was on fire. The music in the set starts calm and quiet, as it is a very early morning session. It builds up as the sun appears. It was a very nice atmosphere, with people watching the sunrise and surfers arriving. In Ibiza, i had problems with the volume of the tracks. This time i prepared them with Platinum Notes from Mixed in Key. No issues on that part anymore. But ... some things i’ve learned ... Building up my booth in the dark, positioning camera’s when you’re alone ... not easy. I put the drone in the sand, but because of the dark, it did not want to take off. A few minutes later, a huge wave took the drone, totally soaked, end of drone footage before i even started. The result: less video footage than expected.
