Visit Visit our website “Television Line by Line” (1969) is a color illustrated, informational film based on the German language film Zeile Für Zeile (made in the Federal Republic of Germany) that details and demonstrates the basic principles of how pictures are formed on the TV screen. Distributed in the United States by the International Film Bureau Inc of Chicago, Illinois - the film was originally made by FWU Institut für Film und Bild in Wissenschaft und Unterricht in Grünwald, Germany.
