Garlic Basted Sirloin Skewers is what’s for dinner! 🥩 🌿 🔥 Garlic Basted Sirloin Skewers are our new favorite; classic flavors served in a fresh way! Not saying that skewering steak is a completely new idea, but there’s just something fun about grilling large chunks of sirloin on two big skewers over the fire. I grilled these skewers in my @oklahomajoe’s Blackjack Kettle Grill using a three zone style of cooking. We finished them with a garlic baste that was out of this world!
