cs 1.6 speed hack effect BUG (not cheat !!)

sometimes when using steam on Windows XP and having a Dual Core CPU can result in what you see in the video, without having ANY cheats in your pc at all. it’s a bug, and it was happening to me all the time, like playing few minutes on a server and then bang, it goes i get banned for this. but luckily i found the solution on some forum. if you get into this just add /usepmtimer to and it all should be fine :D
