We don’t know if this is satire or not. What we do know is that about Three years ago Quaker Oats changed the name Aunt Jemima to Pearl Milling. Most likely it was some Woke reason, saying it was racist stereotyping or some such reason. This DID make a lot of Backlash. At any rate, it looks like the old name may come back.
