TRIBUNAL | A Disco Elysium Animatic

Contains spoilers for Disco Elysium, bright colours/some mild flickering, abstracted blood and mild horror. Had this one in the works for a month or so now! I couldn’t just go and make something inspired by Aleksander Rostov or Disco Elysium without having a certain level of expressive incoherency, but I tried my best to follow the narrative of the best outcome of this fight. If it’s too abstract or the line of action isn’t clear, I hope it at least makes you feel or think something. Thanks to my good friend for the idea to make ancient reptilian brain look like a Discosaurus, a misidentified Elasmosaurus, which I later found out one specimen was discovered by a man named ’Edward Drinker Cope’. I’m not kidding. I am a very amateur storyboarder. I take each piece as a learning experience and this is not intended to be perfect or professional work, nor am I looking to compete or profit. It’s just me expressing myself and sharing it online, in case anyone likes it. I hope you enjoy. The music used is Precinct 41 Major Crime Unit, owned and created by Sea Power.
