Prof. Catherina Becker – “Make Do and Mend: How to Repair the Spinal Cord“

Prof. Catherina Becker was appointed to TU Dresden in 2021. She’s research group leader at the Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden (CRTD) and conducts research at the Chair of Neural Development and Regeneration. In her university-wide inaugural lecture, Prof. Becker will give an insight into the complex factors of healing nerve cells damaged by spinal cord injuries or neurodegenerative diseases - and the role of zebrafish in it.
