ICE CHALLENGE : 1 KM IN THE SNOW BAREFOOT AND SHIRTLESS

On Jan 26, Wim Hof “ the Iceman“ organized an “Ice Challenge“ : so many people as possible have to run barefoot 1 km on an ice-skating track in the north of the Netherlands; as it was too far from home, I and Stephan decided to take up the challenge the same day in Belgium : we ran /- 1,2 km on snow, around a football field, barefoot but also shirtless. Temp : - 2°C A funny experience, not too was also a tribute to Wim Hof , an example for all the winter sportsmen! Music: Footprints
