Yegor Zabelov trio was founded in early 2011. The first performance was at the «Kult Film Festival», silent cinema festival in Katowice (Poland), where the trio performed music for the German silent film «The Golem: How He Came Into the World» (1920) by directors Paul Wegener and Carl Boese.
The silent film soundtrack was turned into a concert programme in autumn 2012. The trio performed in Germany and Poland with it. Yegor Zabelov trio took part in the «Folk`n`Fusion»
