Scenic Beach State Park near Seabeck, Washington

Walking around another Washington State Park. This is a test of using the GoPro Hero Black 8 in the rain, conclusion is that the auto image stabilizer does not work well in low light. Did not see another person or car the entire hour I was in the park. Even the campground was partially open but no one there.
