I Dont Have a Special Skincare Routine But I Have a Special Skinecare Food 💚
Tomorrow morning, do yourself a favor & have a green smoothie 🌱
I eat only fresh fruits & veggies till noon so I like to make my green smoothie (or any other smoothies) with only fresh fruits & veggies. You can always add chia seeds, hemp seeds, flex seeds, spirulina, or whatever you want for extra boost, protein & fiber.
My green smoothie recipe always changes with seasonal fruits but my recent favorite is…
1 to 2 stalks of celery (from my garden!)
Approximately 2 cups spinach (or/and kale)
2 apples
6 mini bananas (fresh or frozen. Also from our property! 🍌) or 2 regular size bananas
Approximately 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups water
Some likes ginger but I’ve never fan of ginger in my smoothie (I think I eat enough ginger in my everyday food).
I also like to add citrus- lemon, lime or orange depending on how sweet the fruits are to balance the flavor. (I skipped today)
