Let’s misbehave! features singer Janice Hagan’s jazzy interpretations of some of Broadway’s biggest, sassiest songs, including “All That Jazz,“ “Whatever Lola Wants,“ and “My Heart Belongs to Daddy.“ Hagan’s throaty alto is a good vehicle for these songs as well as “Let’s Fall in Love,“ “Makin’ Whoopee,“ and smokier tracks like “September Song“ and “Do It Again.“ While the album is somewhat samey, given its theme and the style of music, it’s still quite an enjoyable listen for fans of show tunes and vocal jazz. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
