Venezuelan president Maduro voices support for Russian move on Ukraine

This after Putin recognised two pro-Russian territories in eastern Ukraine as independent and sent troops there, sparking condemnation from international leaders. However, Maduro has come out in support saying, “we repudiate and reject all plans to surround Russia militarily and strategically.
