Aluminum TIG weld captured by@TIGMASTERS using Cavitar Welding Camera

Welcome to part 3 of 3 of this beautiful Tig welding process he shot using Cavitar Welding Camera C400 by @TIGMASTERS who kindly shared his feedback after using our welding camera. He mentioned that “Thanks to these shots, we can observe the process of welding aluminum castings. Aluminum castings are much more difficult to weld due to the thick layer of aluminum oxide as well as impurities getting into the structure of the material during its operation (oils, greases, sea water). In these shots, we can observe the process of removing oxides (white coating around the weld) using the positive polarization of the alternating current (AC). The area directly in front of the weld pool is also fascinating - in this case, care must be taken that the pool automatically flows over the crack.” Big thanks to our Polish distributor EC Test Systems @ for supplying the footages to us.
