Renovated Project of Traditional HDG Plant

The traditional HDG plants are at low production efficiency with the high cost and heavy environmental pollution. And the maintenance and safety of equipment are another heavy burden for the galvanizers. To improve production efficiency, lower the production cost, and protect our living environment, renovating an HDG plant is imperative. During the renovating of the traditional HDG plant, we also have the consideration for environmental protection. The renovation will give the priority to the production process, followed by an enclosure at pretreatment, galvanizing fume collection and treatment system, automatic control system and material flow. Our engineers will customize the renovating program to fit the existing and limited space to the client’s requirements. After the renovation, the daily output of this HDG plant has increased from about 200 tons up to 450 tons at the most, and the average daily output is about 350 tons, which is 75% more than what it could reach before the renovation.
