This tutorial looks at primary color correction and gives an explanation of how to read the waveform display and how to use it in combination with the lift, gamma and gain controls to set proper exposure for you footage. This tutorial also takes a brief look at the difference in how luma values are handled in YRGB and ACES color space. Using the RGB Parade to correct the color of your footage is briefly touched on, but is not the focus of this tutorial.
