In 1980, The BBC made an excellent miniseries about the very complex “Father of the Atom Bomb“ J. Robert Oppenhiemer, starring Sam Waterston (“Law and Order“) The BBC has released the series on DVD, but not for distribution in the U.S. To encourage the BBC to provide this excellent program once again to American audiences, I present this clip (FAIR USE CLAIMED). Here, Oppenheimer talks with Edward Teller (played by David Suchet) about the “Super“ (Hydrogen Bomb).
