Kubota 3 cylinder diesel Zexel injection pump rebuild Part 1

I purchased a former Air Force FL-1D model light plant (basically a flight line version of a highway construction light plant), that had a 3 cylinder Kubota diesel in it. The injection pump was locked up, and would not allow fuel to flow to the injectors. Follow along with me as I disassemble and figure out what the problem is, and fix it!
