Blood playthrough. Episode 4, Level 7 (In The Flesh)

Secrets: 3 Strange level. Looks like Caleb is inside... somebody? Everything there is made of flesh: floor, walls, ceilings, elevators and switches, which make a funny farting noise in case of using of it. There is pumping four-celled heart, stomach fluid, which Caleb is immune to. I don’t envy the organism, in which level takes place. So many enemies in there and Caleb. shooting them everywhere he can. Seems like the master of this body will have a diarrhoea!
