Spicy Salty Turkish Crackers / Thins | Turkish Food Recipes Aysenur Altan

This salty delicious crackers are to be your favorite snacks for tea or coffee time. You can keep them fresh in air tightened container for a up to two weeks. Ingredients for spicy salted crackers: 125gr. (or 1 stick is fine too:) butter at rood temperature 4-5 tbsp olive oil 1 egg white (keep the yolk for egg wash) 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbps granulated sugar 2 tbsp sesame seed 2 tbsp nigella seed 2 tbsp corn flour (if preferred) 2 tbsp water 3 tbsp grape vinegar about 3 1/2 to 4 cups all purpose flour (don’t add all at ones) for top 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp cocoa powder
