Gojira perform at the opening ceremony for the Paris Olympic Games

As was tipped, French progressive metal band Gojira did indeed perform at today’s (July 26th) opening ceremony for the 2024 Olympic Games. The acclaimed outfit took part in an elaborately staged (and somewhat macabre) pairing with Mezzo-soprano Marina Viotti.
