RT reporter explores the woods where a cache of US-made shells were hidden

If you go down to the woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise, at least if you live near Zolotaryovka, in the Lugansk People’s Republic. The signs of an enormous explosion are unmistakable – flattened trees, smoldering hunks of twisted metal, and a great big hole in the ground. But it’s what lies in the bushes that’s more telling – dozens upon dozens of US-made M777 artillery shells, still primed, abandoned after a Ukrainian convoy carrying an artillery platform was hit by Russian counterfire after being discovered hiding in the woods.
