“Take Five” in A minor (Solo Guitar + BOSS RC-3 Looper)

This is my solo guitar arrangement of the biggest-selling jazz single ever. Take Five. Composed by Paul Desmond and Performed by the Dave Brubeck Quartet. I play the form different than most cats. ABABA (ironically 5 parts- then loop for a bit of improv... and close it out with the ABA form. I am using the BOSS RC-3 Loop Station. It has been the most reliable for me as far as ability to stop the loop at the right time, and lack of clicks or glitchy sounds at the end of a repeating loop. I have tried many others and would love to hear any other suggestions for phrase samplers. #takefive #chordmelody #davebrubeck
