📋 INGREDIENTS:
onion 1 piece
olive oil 100 grams
potatoes 3 pieces
carrots 1 piece
pickled cucumbers 4 pieces
vegetable broth 750 milliliters
dill 20 grams
salt 2 teaspoons
sour cream 100 grams
vegetable broth 100 grams
flour 1 tablespoon
pickle juice 2-3 tablespoons
black pepper - a pinch
🧑🍳Cooking steps:
Chop the onion
Heat a pan with oil, fry the onion in olive oil.
Chop potatoes, carrots
Add the vegetables one by one to the pot and stir.
Chop the pickles and add them to the pot
Stir all the vegetables
Add chicken broth to the pot.
Add the chopped dill
Close the lid and simmer over low heat.
Serve soup with sour cream
