Cash Crew - Hump (1990) - B-side of Green Grass - early breakbeat rave style

Cash Crew were a UK hip hop group from Ladbroke Grove, West London consisting of MCs Trim (aka Rakin da Authordox) and Champaign (aka Gravity), and DJ Loose. This was the second track on the B-side of their most famous single, the ecological rap ’Green Grass’. It’s more house/rave than hip hop, with samples and whispered French vocals instead of a rap, and interestingly contains a very early example of a chopped up breakbeat - something heard on only a handful of UK dance/rave records and a few hip hop tracks at the time. Sorry for the crackle, I no longer have my vinyl and can’t re-record.
