Hardest ABS Workout EVER (8 MINUTES OF PAIN = FAST RESULTS!)

This is workout 2 of my bulletproof abs challenge. And let me tell you, it’s not going to be easy. So please don’t be discouraged if you cannot complete it without stopping.
