Unverified video appears to show Islamic State beheading 30 Ethiopian Christians in Libya

New Delhi, April 20 (ANI): A video was purportedly released by Islamic State claims to show its militants shooting and beheading what appears to be around 30 Ethiopian Christians in Libya. A militant speaking in the video portrays Christians as crusaders out to kill Muslims. The video shows about 15 men beheaded on a beach and another group of the same size shot in their heads in scrubland. However, the authenticity of the video has not yet been verified. The apparent killings were similar to past violence carried out by the extremist group, which has expanded its reach from strongholds in Iraq and Syria to conflict-ridden Libya.
