Since then, it has found its place in almost all cuisines of the world, be it French, Italian, American, Indian,Persian,or pronounce it Kotlet (کتلت) in Iran. There is a lot of different recipes to make Iran we usually cook it the way I show you in this video. I also made a homemade Ketchup sauce,but a little different of the classic is tasty usually eat cutlet with lavash or some Iranian I also made some fried potatoes that make this dish complete.
