30 Minute Resistance Band Full Body Pilates Workout- Tone arms, Legs and Abs

This session is a 30 minute full Body resistance band workout to tone arms, legs, core and butt. It’s a mixed ability session to both strengthen and stretch the body. Using the band we will work through the whole body, upper and lower, as well as lots of core work, as well as find new and fun ways to both challenge and support our pilates practice. Great all over workout for toning the body. This is one to do 2-3 times a week to keep fit, flexible and strong. In response to the Coronavirus I teach a live class every Friday at 10am BST to keep people feeling motivated as well as mindful of taking care of their body at this time.
