Pull up variations: Introducing my basic two arm variations (also for beginners)

Pull up variations: September 7th (recording after OAC training) Here is easiest pull up variations for all, specially for beginners. Decided to do them with 50kg playmate, that`s way it`s looking at least more real. Getting a bit tired at end of video, because still have no skills for edition :-D I used these in my starting point, this is good stuff if you`re training for weighted two arm maximal pull/chin, if you keep your width of the grip natural (not crazy wide) it`s working nicely
