How to be cheap at cell shading

I did it now shut up. I don’t know why the quality is shit lol, it that way. I had nothing to do with it despite being the one who made it. :| NEVERMIND REUPPED WITH A BETTER QUALITY, I THINK, DID IT WORK And yeah no audio. Deal with it.
