River police. Re-enactment of recent crime. River Thames, London. L/S of two men stealing goods from barges, they spy the River Police and make a getaway. L/S River Police launch pulling alongside barge, police run across barges and point to the criminals getting away. They return to the launch and chase culprits up river, they pull up alongside. M/S of police arresting the two robbers and recovering the goods. M/S of them taking down details from criminals as they sail up the river. C/U of the criminals’ boat being towed behind.
