Khorumi -- Zedashe Ensemble

The Zedashe Ensemble, a Caucasus Georgian folk music group, performed at a Student Forum in Bealle Hall at the University of Oregon School of Music on October 7th, 2010. This song and dance from western Georgia was their finale, and featured the chiboni, a goatskin bagpipe. At the time, I understood that the theme of this one was “Dance your enemies out“.
