Fable: TLC Cut Content - Neutral Wizard Hat

I wanted to make a “Cut Content - Armour and Clothing“ but as far as I am aware, this is the only one in the game files (unless you count the shields, but they are technically weapons in this game). The Neutral Will-User outfit can be found, but there is no way of acquiring the hat for it without spawning it in yourself. I am not sure if this meant that there would be a “Neutral“ path for the Book Collection quest in Bowerstone or if they just forgot to add it somewhere in the game. If you want to see any
