The EU’s intention to abandon energy supplies from Russia is an ideological approach that Hungary will not accept, Foreign Minis

The EU’s intention to abandon energy supplies from Russia is an ideological approach that Hungary will not accept, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told RIA Novosti. In the REPowerEU plan, EU countries have set a goal of abandoning Russian pipeline gas in 2027-2028. According to the minister, “this is a purely political commitment. And making political commitments in the energy sector simply does not make sense.“ Source: Slavyangrad
