Kristian Blummenfelt’s Epic Day In The Life | Triathlon Training Motivation

With the motto “Go Big or Go Home” echoing in his head, Kristian Blummenfelt is driven by an absolute desire to win at the expense of all else. What better motivation, than triathlon’s current holder of the fastest ever recorded 70.3 time, a bronze medal at the 2015 European Championships, and a 13th place at the Rio de Janerio Olympic Games, he certainly has the pedigree, but it is his more recent success that shows his true class. With multiple podiums across the 2018 season and a constant feature in the SLT top three, Kristian is truly one of the worlds best. Laser-focused on success, training and racing means everything to this athlete, but when the racing is over he likes to cook up a storm and listen to the latest top 50 on Spotify. Maybe it’s the food that makes Kristian able to cope with the constant changes in pace and fast recovery demanded of SLT. The only question is can he maintain this level of intensity for a full season of racing? We wouldn’t bet against him! Follow for more pro action 👇 www
