Wooden Bow Saw

▼▼ MORE INFO HERE ▼▼ - Instagram - - Patreon - - Website - Making a wooden bow saw out of Beechwood and Ebony. Loosely based on the design for a Gramercy saw and using the hardware from their kit. The kit included the handles, the brass pins, and a few blades. For the tensioning thread, I used some waxed thread. It’s typically used for leather work and is all I had on hand. I wrapped it 4 times so that’s 8 threads thick for tensioning. Finished with Danish Oil. *LINKS FOR EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF ARE PROVIDED BELOW* Links —Saw Parts - —Marking Gauge - —Waxed Thread - —Titebond Glue - —Glue Bottle - —CA Glue -
