Brentford were beaten 3-0 by Liverpool at Anfield, as Mohamed Salah’s brace was added to by a second-half strike from Diogo Jota. Despite carving out plenty of chances of their own, the Bees were unable to keep out Salah’s close-range finish and then a back-post header either side of half-time.
