Crazy Fiat 500 Proto - Suzuki GSX-R engine!!!

This crazy Fiat 500 is the result of the hard work of the guys from Protocorse who created a little monster that finds its ideal use in slalom races. Starting from the central part of an original Fiat 500 L, everything has been rethought and designed to create a racing car, chassis, brakes, suspension and aerodynamics. Equipped with a Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle engine and its 6-speed gearbox, this small car squirts like a crazy bullet! Just dragging its 630 kg weight covered by an ABS body and carbon fibre interior, with the same material is also realized the rear wing. In the video, the car is shown in action on the small city circuit prepared for the second edition of the Italian Historic Cars Camaiore. Lots of fun and congrats to the driver for the great show! Questa pazzesca Fiat 500 è il risultato del duro lavoro dei ragazzi di Protocorse che hanno realizzato da zero un piccolo mostro di cattiveria che trova il suo ideale utilizzo nelle gare di slalom. Partendo dalla parte centrale di un’originale Fiat 500 L, tutto è stato ripensato e progettato per realizzare una vettura da corsa, telaio, freni, sospensioni, aerodinamica. Dotata di un motore da moto Suzuki GSX-R e del suo cambio a 6 marce con differente rapportatura, la piccola vettura schizza in modo pazzesco trascinando solamente i suoi 630 kg di peso coperti da una carrozzeria in ABS e rivestita internamente da splendido carbonio, materiale con cui è realizzata anche l’ala posteriore. Nel video la vetture è mostrata in azione sul piccolo cittadino allestito per la seconda edizione dell’Italian Historic Cars Camaiore.
