The Cook’s Atelier celebrates the connection between the farmer and the cook at their cooking school and epicurean center in Beaune, France, through market tours, hands-on cooking classes, workshops, wine tastings, and seasonal suppers. The Cook’s Atelier was founded by mother-daughter duo American expats, Marjorie Taylor and Kendall Smith Franchini in 2008.
