TOURIST GETS WASHED AWAY AT SIQUERIM _Prudent Media Goa

Monsoon season has led Goan seas to lose their usual calm, driving them to become rough and dangerous for tourists. In many cases, tourists venture into sea despite significant risks and warnings, walking into the waiting jaws of death. An adventure turned into tragedy for four tourists at Siquerim beach on Sunday. The group had ventured out onto the rocks extending into sea. Within minutes however, strong waves washed the trio off the rocks, and sucked one of them into the depths of the sea. Meanwhile, the whole horrifying episode was recorded on the camera of the forth tourist. The dead person has been identified as 33 years old Sasikumar Vasan.
