Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Live via Slooh’s Online Telescope

Join us on Sunday, May 15, at 9:30 PM EDT to watch the Total Lunar Eclipse as the Moon slips into Earth’s shadow, and we watch the spectacular “Blood Moon“ live. But, over a few hours, it will bloom into a stunning red rose as it falls deep into Earth’s shadow during a total lunar eclipse. This graceful transition will take several hours as we watch our familiar Full Moon take on a ghostly character. Some call these total lunar eclipses “Blood Moons,“ but they are usually far more subtle - shades of pink, peach, and, if we’re lucky, reds enveloping Earth’s nearest celestial neighbor.
