OSS vs SOCOM US Govt. Torture Test

The US Government agency responsible for identifying and developing the next generation of signature reduction for DoD, Special Forces and tactical operators conducted a test to confirm a superior solution for sound, visual and heat signature reduction. On January 6, 2016, in a controlled environment with advanced testing equipment, the current SOCOM baffle suppressor was tested against an OSS suppressor with patented Flow-Through™ technology. Using the Daniel Defense Mark 18, the suppressors were required to deliver sub 140 decibel sound and flash suppression through a torture test of at least 6 cycles of eight 30 round mags with M855A1 ammo. If successful, that’s over 1400 rounds of semi and full auto fire. This is video from the test.
