China Launches Belarusian Telecom Satellite

China sent a Belarusian telecom satellite into intended orbit from southwest China’s Xichang Satellite Launch Center at 00:57 Beijing time on Saturday. The satellite successfully separated from the rocket at 01:23, and the solar panel opened 38 minutes later. “This launch is highly accurate in orbit injection, about several kilometers, comparable to a target shooting right in the middle. The Belarusian experts and technicians on site are very satisfied,“ said Wang Zemin, chief engineer of Xichang Satellit
