You can’t know it but I’m a huge fan of Monk, it’s one of my comfort shows, one that I know by heart all seasons, that I still watch now while I’m working or doing my laundry. I loved all the cases, the evolution of the character, his love for Trudy… So for sure I will watch the movie ! I knew it would be well written, full of references for the fans, with something a little deeper for Monk… and I was right ! But I didn’t expect the writers to go that far with the character. For Mr Monk to plan during the entire movie to give up, to join Trudy, it disturbed me a lot. Because I was seeing all of his evolution and I love him so much
