12 MIN ABS BUTT WORKOUT // No Equipment // 2 in 1 // Sanne Vloet Hi! How are you? What was the highlight of your week? It’s been another busy one for me! I realized this morning that I have not slept at home in LA for more than 5 days in the last month! It’s pretty crazy because I hadn’t even planned on being away for so long. Are you ready to hear the story? First, you remember my visa situation in Mexico, then I was able to fly home for a few days before flying to Miami for an event and editorial, then I had to fly to NY for a few meetings. Yesterday, Jason and Jessie arrived to JFK and we were supposed to drive to the Hamptons together, but I got a call that I may be booked for a job in LA so we got some quick Indian takeout nearby and had dinner in the cellphone lot on the trunk of the car while we waited for the call to confirm if I would leave them and fly to LA instead. I wasn’t able to get confirmation in time, so we drove to Hamptons and arrived late at night. This morning, I woke up to a text confirming that I was booked and am now back in LA for the shoot before I have to fly back to New York on Sunday! I can’t remember the last time I was this busy but I am grateful for the opportunities. It does feel good to be home though! I wanted to share a quick abs and butt workout I like to do when I am on the go. No equipment is needed which is why I love it because I always overpack my suitcase so it’s usually too heavy for me to bring any weights for workouts.
